We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator. The Estimator is responsible for determining how much a project costs, how long the project should take to complete and how much revenue the project should generate. The Estimator takes into account factors such as labor costs, material costs, equipment rental, manufacturing locations, facility costs and required permits and licensing.

The ideal candidate will excel at accurately bidding jobs, be able to handle deadlines, and have strong numeric abilities. The Estimator works closely with the Project Supervisor and Design Team to make sure the project meets all financial and regulatory guidelines.

What you'd be responsible for…

• Preparing work to be estimated by gathering proposals, designs, specifications, and related documents.
• Identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, designs, specifications, and related documents.
• Computing costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Resolving discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Presenting prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
• Preparing special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintaining cost data base by entering and backing up data.
• Creating project schedules (gant charts) based on project size and requirements.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
